🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact

  • You must share pictures or video proof of the issue via WhatsApp at 0312-8690019


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available unless the item is out of stock or cannot be delivered

  • In such cases, we will contact you and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days


❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed by mistake


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost

  • If not, the return shipping must be paid by the customer
